Project 6 – CSR

Project 6 - Singapore Institute of Manufacturing Technology (SIMTech)

The Singapore Institute of Manufacturing Technology (SIMTech) develops high value manufacturing technology and human capital to enhance the competitiveness of Singapore's manufacturing industry. It is a research institute of the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR).

System Donated by Tigernix: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)

The Singapore Institute of Manufacturing Technology (SIMTech) is committed to fostering the growth of intellectual capital through the generation, application and commercialisation of advanced manufacturing science and technology. SIMTech has collaborated with the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA) with the aim of developing a series of Precision Engineering (PE) Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) Diploma Programmes.

Tigernix values SIMTech’s efforts towards the spread of technologies in Singapore and the various initiatives it undertakes towards education in general. To aid these efforts, Tigernix donated an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to SIMTech to help them in their management processes. Tigernix’s ERP solution allows institutions to integrate and automate their entire business process.

TigernixERP is a flexible, secure, and comprehensive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution from Tigernix. It is completely web-based making it an easy platform to combine all business processes. TigernixERP has comprehensive reporting and management options that provide data on order forms, invoices, balance of payments, and ledgers.

Apart from SIMTech, Tigernix has successfully implemented an ERP solution at the Ngee Ann Polytechnic – Centre of Innovation (COI).
