Project 1 – CSR

Project 1 - Singapore Polytechnic - SME Infocomm Resource Center (SIRC)

SIRC was set up to educate small and medium enterprises (SMEs) about infocomm technologies and encourage the implementation of these useful technologies within the business processes of the enterprise.

System Donated by Tigernix: Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Tigernix values and encourages any efforts towards the education and spread of infocomm technologies within SMEs in Singapore. In appreciation of Singapore Polytechnic’s and SIRC’s work in this field, Tigernix decided to lend a helping hand in their sincere efforts.

We donated a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to SIRC to aid them in their management processes. Tigernix’s CRM solution allows businesses to build on their existing and new customer relationships.

Tigernix CRM offers features such as sales force automation, customer support and service, marketing automation, inventory management, multiple database support, security management, product customization, calendaring, E-mail integration, add-ons, and others. All the features are completely customisable, while the secure platform supports and manages daily business needs effectively.

Apart from SIRC, Tigernix has successfully implemented a CRM solution at the Singapore Manufacturers’ Federation (SMa), Republic Polytechnic – School of Hospitality, Institute of Technical Education and Association of Small and Medium Enterprises.
