Project 4 - Institute of Technical Education (ITE)
The Institute of Technical Education (ITE) is a post-secondary institution that provides pre-employment training to secondary school leavers, and continuing education and training to working adults.
System Donated by Tigernix: Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
ITE College West (Clementi Campus) provides courses for students seeking to enter the business and service industries. In recognition of ITE College West’s commitment to adapt to newer technological processes and implement efficient systems in its campus, Tigernix donated a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to the institution to aid them in their management processes. Tigernix’s CRM solution allows educational institutions to effectively manage their existing and new student and employee databases.
Tigernix CRM offers features such as sales force automation, customer support and service, marketing automation, inventory management, multiple database support, security management, product customization, calendaring, E-mail integration, add-ons, and others. All the features are completely customisable, while the secure platform supports and manages daily business needs effectively.
Apart from ITE, Tigernix has successfully implemented a CRM solution at the Singapore Manufacturers’ Federation (SMa), Singapore Polytechnic – SME Infocomm Resource Centre (SIRC), Republic Polytechnic – School of Hospitality (SOH) and Association of Small and Medium Enterprises.
