With the aim to strengthen bonds between the Tigernix family outside work, Tigernix holds a three-day retreat at the beautiful Harris Resort Barelang and Ranoh island in Indonesia. The retreat was held on 26 – 28th April 2019 under the patronage of the CEO of Tigernix Mr Gowrishankar. The event served to shape the company vision while bringing the team even closer together was a huge success and an unforgettable experience for our team.
At the Harris Resort Barelang, our team enjoyed an amazing time full of fun and laughter with the special programs the management has arranged for them. The event kickstarted with a team building program which was focused on developing leadership, teamwork and personal skills of the team which was a great opportunity for everyone to learn new skills and improve themselves. The program consisted of many fun games and activities making it an interesting and exciting learning experience.
The retreat offered Tigernix members with several opportunities to have loads of fun delivering them a one-of-a-kind experience they’ll never forget. The resort’s relaxed and laid back atmosphere was perfect for socializing and enjoying a good time with each other. From swimming to movie nights, there was a range of activities arranged to ensure everyone is having an amazing time. The exclusive dining experiences which included BBQ dinners and seafood menus provided tasty moments for the members to know their co-workers over a feast. The special lunch at Aneka Selera Floating Seafood Restaurant was such one experience that offered the Tigernix team with an unforgettable dining experience along with an amazing view to enjoy.
At Ranoh Island the team experienced a range of adventure activities such as snorkelling, banana boat rides, the fat boy blob, canoe rides and beach volleyball which gave them the opportunities to try new things with their coworkers and most importantly have fun with their work family.
The team also went on an unforgettable historical expedition to the camp Vietnam museum and exploring the place which added a unique touch to the overall event. Before the team left the place they got the opportunity to feed the monkeys and deer roaming around enjoying the company of these wild creatures with which the team had good laughter.
The retreat ended with a raffle draw where the special prizes were a latest Oppo Phone, latest Vivo Phone, Samsung Smart Watch and an Apple iPad. There were monetary gifts arranged for the whole team as a token of appreciation and gratitude from Tigernix.
Enabling the management to reward all members of the Tigerinix Family in Singapore and Indonesia for their hard work, dedication and commitment Tigernix company retreat 2019 brought a company together even further. The retreat enabled the Tigernix team members to come back to work as better friends and teammates after the retreat, offering them a special bonding experience that couldn’t be replicated in the day to day work environment.
