Bali, with its golden shores and timeless charm, played host to an unforgettable chapter in Tigernix’s story this year. The 2025 Tigernix Annual Trip brought together the Singapore and Indonesia teams for a celebration that went far beyond the ordinary on 18-22 February, 2025. It was an extraordinary gathering woven with cultural diversity and connection.
From the very beginning, the air buzzed with excitement as colleagues from two different nations arrived on the island paradise, not just as coworkers but as one unified family.
From the very beginning, the purpose of the trip was clear! They were gathered to celebrate the shared journey of collaboration, passion, and progress that Tigernix proudly stands for. What unfolded over the next few days was nothing short of magical.
The days brimmed with laughter and energy as the team dived into thoughtfully designed team-building activities, each one strengthening the bond between departments, languages, and backgrounds. Surrounded by Bali’s breathtaking natural beauty, made of its emerald rice terraces, turquoise beaches, and spiritual temples, the team explored, adventured, and created stories that will be retold for years.
Evenings were a spectacle in themselves. As the sun dipped below the horizon, the group gathered under the Bali sky to enjoy mouthwatering local cuisine, served with the island’s signature hospitality. The team watched the cultural dance performance together, enjoying the music and feeling a stronger sense of connection and unity.
One of the most cherished highlights was spending time with CEO Mr. Gowrishankar. The teams always knew him as a visionary leader. However, this trip gave them the opportunity to know him as a warm, engaging companion. Through shared conversations and laughter, the team saw a new side of him, deepening the mutual respect and admiration that fuels Tigernix’s success.
This celebration was not just about a getaway, it was a tribute to the teamwork they put through the past year with their dedication, sweat and innovative thoughts.
