On January 23rd this year, the Tigernix Singapore team embraced the spirit of Chinese New Year with a celebration brimming with joy, culture, and togetherness. This year, our team traded their cityscape for a scenic retreat, journeying to the serene Harris Hotel Batam Centre, a place where festive cheer met comfort, creating the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable evening.
As the day turned to evening, the team arrived at Batam’s waterfront full of excitement and smiles. The Harris Hotel welcomed them with its signature charm, a space that felt more like home than a hotel. Its cosy ambience, elegant setting, and warm hospitality set the mood for a night filled with delight.
The celebration began with a carefully curated dinner experience, where the buffet tables overflowed with vibrant dishes that catered to every taste. There was a wide variety of food, from traditional favourites to global options, showing how diverse the Tigernix team really is.
Dinner was only the beginning; what truly mattered was the warmth that flowed between colleagues. After dinner, the team gathered once more, this time not as colleagues, but as companions in celebration. The room came alive with laughter as everyone joined in for a series of light-hearted games, cheerful conversations, and spontaneous performances.
The team shared a special moment when they sang songs together, enjoying each other’s company in a relaxed and happy way. They also took time to enjoy the beautiful surroundings, capturing memories with group photos against the scenic backdrop of the hotel.
This New Year celebration was more than a tradition for the Tigernix team! It was a monument to the unity and warmth that define the Tigernix culture. Through shared meals, joyful melodies, and heartfelt laughter, the team rediscovered the joy of being a part of something greater than themselves.
Recalling that beautiful evening, a team member shared, “We did not just celebrate the New Year, we created memories that brought us closer, and that is the real success of any team. We are looking forward to meeting again next year.”
