It was an honour for Tigernix to have the privilege of presenting to the Manila Water Company delegation on November 05, 2025, at the Level 2 Multi-Purpose Room, SgWX. This exclusive session, organised by the Singapore Water Association and specially allocated by PUB, was reserved for a select few member companies, reflecting Tigernix’s leadership in smart water management.
Tigernix CEO was Invited to Present
Our CEO, Mr. S. Gowrishankar, was invited to deliver a compelling 15-minute presentation titled ‘Tigernix as a Key Virtual Supplier for Predictive Maintenance’. His session highlighted Tigernix’s Predictive Maintenance System, a comprehensive solution for intelligent asset management and failure prediction built to comply with ISO 55000 standards. Attendees learned how the system integrates IoT sensors, real-time monitoring, and AI-powered predictive analytics to optimise maintenance operations and reduce equipment downtime.
Tigernix’s Core Modules and Pump Predictions
Mr. Gowrishankar, showcased how Tigernix Predictive Maintenance System integrates robust digital capabilities across Asset Management, IoT Connectivity, Maintenance Operations, Predictive Analytics, Energy Optimisation, and User Governance within its core framework. He emphasised that Tigernix’s cutting-edge innovation can fortify and safeguard critical pump assets during catastrophic events, ensuring operational resilience and continuity.
Seismic Forecasting in Building Monitoring Systems for Safer Water Assets
He further elaborated on how Tigernix transcends conventional boundaries through its combination with the pioneering Building Monitoring System, especially engineered to ensure the structural integrity of multi-story buildings during seismic disturbances. Our predictive maintenance system, which has embedded MEMS sensor capabilities, integrates with the Building Management Systems to safeguard the internal critical assets from external factors like seismic activities. Once the sensors receive the data and spot the signs of seismic events, they pose the potential to shut down all the pump assets at once before they get damaged by the catastrophic events. This is highly appealing in circumstances where the operators cannot reach the pumps physically and shut them down manually. Tigernix solution offers real-time monitoring, early detection and seismic response all under one technical roof.
Safeguarding Assets in Advance through MEMS Sensors
He elaborated that the system, enhanced with Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS) sensors, delivers exceptionally low noise density, self-diagnostic intelligence, and high-precision data fidelity, touching Tigernix’s commitment to predictive resilience and infrastructural continuity.
More from the Water Delegation Event
The delegation, led by Mr. Eddie Aldrin R. Lumangaya, Operations Department Head – Innovations, Operations Control and Data Analytics, and Mr. Vincent C. Siat, Business Operations Director – Network Operations Support, also engaged in meaningful discussions.
Tigernix Stamp of Innovation and Sustainability
It was a great platform as this successful engagement underlined Tigernix’s commitment to driving sustainable, AI-enabled water management practices. By showcasing its predictive maintenance capabilities, Tigernix continues to position itself as a trusted technology partner for utilities across Southeast Asia, transforming operations and enabling smarter, more efficient water infrastructure management.
Heartfelt Thanks to...
As this offered a grandstand for Tigernix to highlight its mastery in predictive maintenance-driven asset management, we especially thank the Singapore Water Association for this opportunity, and we look forward to future collaborations as well.
‘Tigernix- Where you meet smart innovations with greenery on the horizon.’
