Our family in Indonesia had an amazing experience; Tigernix conferred them with a topical escape on September 22, 2023. This one-day trip was well-spent at Kepri Coral- known by locals and tourists for its crystal-clear waters, lush tropical forests and fun coastal activities. This outing allowed the team to unwind, bond, and regenerate amid nature as a respite from the daily grind.
Various fun and four team-building activities were planned for the day to encourage cooperation, communication, and friendship among the workers. A friendly beach team match was among the most enjoyable pastimes. Teams were organised, and competitive games were played in the warm sun to foster teamwork and healthy competitiveness. The team’s other activities were fish and shark feeding, snorkelling, water bike and canoe riding, swimming and going on a mangrove tour.
One of the key highlights of the trip was when the team visited the colourful sea aquariums and wildlife conservatories to witness the beauty and splendour of the aquatic ecosystem surrounding Kepri Coral.
The day-long outing had a profound impact on the Tigernix staff. It served as a reminder that a world of beauty and adventure awaits discovery beyond the office walls. The beautiful island, team-building exercises, and shared leisure strengthened the bond between the team members.
