Tigernix Sets Benchmark in Smart Asset Management at Partner’s Day

Tigernix is proud to mark its presence at Partner’s Day – SWA X NTUC, which was held on Thursday, 6 November 2025, from 2:00 to 4:30 pm at the Devan Nair Institute for Employment and Employability, Hall 4, Singapore. The event provided an excellent platform, information hub and discussion unit for industry leaders to come together and explore and express pressing topics in the water sector such as digital transformation, workforce upskilling, and sustainability. It was co-organised by SWA, NTUC, and u-kE2i.

Representing Tigernix, our CEO, Mr. S. Gowrishankar, delivered a substantive and intellectually engaging session on the rising topic  ‘Digital Transformation in Motion: The Rise of Autonomous Asset Management.’ It was a pleasure that his presentation captivated the audience, as it provided a deep dive into the importance of digital transformation in addressing the industrial sector’s challenges. His primary focus was on how asset management has evolved over the years from manual processes to digital, intelligent, and now autonomous systems.

He further explained how autonomous asset management acts as an ally to accelerate the digital transformation journey from autonomous to full autonomy by today.  The latter enables industrial operators to enhance performance while achieving sustainability and resilience objectives. He emphasised how a technologically-focused innovative strategy can integrate with SCADA, GIS, LIMS, CRM, and ERP layers to offer leak and burst prediction (NRW reduction), energy optimisation, and pump failure prediction.

Tigernix’s CEO demonstrated how predictive analytics and autonomous capabilities can address pressing sustainability and operational challenges. He continued by comprehensively explaining how AI modules powered by predictive, prescriptive, and optimisation capabilities, also sustainability-based tools, can be applied to modern utilities and municipalities to avoid the expensive asset conundrum, where networks learn from outcomes and self-adjust.

Mr Gowrishankar analytically explained how digital tools, powered by several technologies such as IoT and Sensors, AI engines, Digital Twins, Workflow Automation, Data Lakes, and compliance protocols, support workforce empowerment, ranging from reducing safety risks and job redesign to facilitating human and machine collaboration.

The event wrapped up with an insightful panel discussion with the CEO of Tigernix and a few other water professionals diving deep into the topic: ‘Bridging Workforce, Technology and Sustainability – The Next Phase for the Water Sector’. Mr Bernard Menon, Ms Edna Tan, Mr Lam Pang Ngean, and the panel moderator, Mr Robin Wong, SWA Vice-President (Finance), shared groundbreaking ideas about what to expect in the future as water decision-makers and how Singapore will be affected in the long run. The networking refreshments provided all the water professionals with an opportunity to enjoy their companionship and share insights over a cup of coffee, bringing a successful close to that day’s event.

Ending this insightful session, the CEO of Tigernix reminded us that ‘Digital transformation is not about replacing people with machines – it is about empowering them with intelligence.’

Tigernix would like to extend its heartfelt thanks to SWA, NTUC, and u-kE2i, for offering a platform to showcase how our innovations are unique in the digital transformation age with the green seal. We are looking forward to future collaborations as well.
