Tigernix is conducting a SME Infocomm Resource Centre Workshop on Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The workshop will be conducted on 13th August, 2008 at the Singapore Polytechnic.
Mr. S. Gowrishankar, Co-Founder & Director of Tigernix, will be delivering an indepth speech on the industry. He has over 8 years of industry experience in software development, and co-founded the company to take advantage of the H+SaaS & SaaS model. Prior to founding Tigernix, Mr. Gowrishankar was managing GPS (Global Positioning System) product strategies to maximise market position and margin opportunities for target GPS applications.
Tigernix expects educate the attendees on the benefits of using a CRM solution to improve productivity of their business processes.
