The Tigernix staff took time from their busy schedules to enjoy the comforts of the Agro Resort in Bintan which was organized by the management of Tigernix to reward their dedicated team of employees.
Tigernix brought its team over to Bintan Agro Resort, one of the luxury resorts in Bintan Island, for their annual staff trip which was a rejuvenating three days escape from the 23rd to 25th September 2016.
On the first day of the trip, the Tigernix team reached the Bintan Island via a ferry enjoying sightseeing from the water. At the Agro Resort, the team spent an amazing day relaxing at the resort and indulging in the beauty of turquoise waters and picturesque shoreline nearby. The day was complemented by an entertaining karaoke night.
The second day was full of activities including sightseeing around Bintan Mangrove where the employees enjoyed speed boat rides. An exclusive team training session was also conducted by a specialized team training provider in Bintan which was a good learning experience for the staff of Tigernix. In the evening, all the employees gathered on the beach and had a great time playing beach football. The last session of the day was organized by the HR team of Tigernix, where the employees were clustered into groups and engaged in mini games. Finally, the winning teams and individuals were rewarded with wonderful prizes.
A photo shoot was taken place on the last day of the trip where the employees could capture their beautiful memories of the staff trip into papers and take home. After having a scrumptious lunch at Bintan Agro Resort, the sun soaked gateway came to an end and the Tigernix team left the island via a ferry.
The annual trip was one of the best opportunities for employees to foster the camaraderie and bonding with each other while enjoying a relaxing time off work. Tigernix extends its heartiest gratitude to the organizing committee of Tigernix for their efforts and the staff of Bintan Agro Resort.
