On August 17, 2025, the Sri Lankan team of Tigernix had the precious opportunity to get together at the classical Galle Face Hotel in Colombo to celebrate the years of togetherness under the pillars of innovation and collaboration betwen the fellow peers. It was a truly blissful moment for the colleagues from Tigernix to gather under the sun of Colombo as they embraced the moment with joy, mutual admiration and friendly spirit.
The afternoon was promising as it brought the pleasure of meeting the CEO, Mr. S. Gowrishankar, while enjoying the breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean. The team was delighted to witness the lavish lunch buffet waiting for them, featuring the signature dishes of the hotel. Since the Tigernix team of Sri Lanka had the pleasure of welcoming a couple of new members to the squad, they got familiar with each other as the lively country music swept across the restaurant.
As the lunch drew to an end, CEO Mr. Gowrishankar spent some time with the team and gathered some meaningful insights from the team members about the current work and upcoming organisational changes. It was a two-way session as everybody actively shared their thoughts with the CEO and exchanged answers for their concerns with regard to collective missions. At the end, Mr. Gowrishankar thanked everyone for their contribution towards the prosperity of the company.
This was followed by a photography session as everyone wanted to capture the mesmerising views of the sea from the hotel’s angle. When the blazing started going down, the gathering came to an end with a promise of meeting again in the upcoming months.
As Tigernix stand at the forefront of innovation, the management believes that their employees are the biggest strength. Keeping this in mind, Tigernix embraced every little moment of this day to appreciate the hard work of the team and celebrate the togetherness we cultivated since 2006.
