The theme for this year’s MPTC (Manufacturing Productivity Technology Centre) Annual Conference is Technology-enabled Productivity Improvement to showcase the benefits and impact of leveraging on technologies to improve productivity at the company and industry level. Mr Lee Yi Shyan, Senior Minister of State for Trade & Industry and National Development, is the Guest-of-Honour.
Mr Chris Davie, CEO of Singapore Aerospace Engineering Services Ltd (SAESL) will deliver a keynote speech on productivity improvement. This is complemented by RFID implementation success stories presented by companies in the manufacturing and service sectors. In the afternoon, there are two parallel technical sessions, Lean & Operations Management and Automation & Process.
In addition, solutions providers in RFID, robotics and automation are showcasing their products and services.
